Reeves wins Mississippi GOP governor runoff

Mississippi Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves has won the Republican primary runoff for governor, defeating former state Supreme Court Chief Justice Bill Waller Jr., according to The Associated Press.

Reeves will face Democratic state Attorney General Jim Hood in the Nov. 5 general election.
